After a lot of drama the last few weeks, Riley’s travel team has it’s last Tournament today. It is a wood bat tournament and he has been so excited to play in it and use the wood bats. At one point this week, the head of the academy said we were going to have to cancel because we didn’t have enough kids. I was so disappointed for him. But ultimately we had 11 people ready. Unfortunately, it is high 90’s and muggy. The boys have done well and won their first game on excellent pitching and a few key hits. Looking forward to some more good games. Riley is to be the second pitcher of the next game.
