What am I thankful for? Day 1

Another website I follow has posted that she will do one post a day saying at least one thing she is thankful for.  What a wonderful idea!  I had an experience last week (maybe I will post about it after I process it a little more) that has got me thinking that I am too much of a “glass half empty” girl these days and am trying to turn that around.

So, here goes…

I am going to try and post at least one thing I am thankful for daily through the month of November.  Leave a comment with something you are thankful for… – if you are so inclined,

I am thankful for some co-workers today who were willing to support me – in what I think is the right course of action – despite the fact that others were trying to change things for their convenience – at the expense of others.

(and because it’s been a good day for thankfulness) I am thankful for a very dear friend who goes out of his way to spend time with my sons and give them some male bonding time – I know that I would be too busy to make that happen if he didn’t call/show up / regularly about every 2 weeks and totally MAKES the time to do it – despite a grueling schedule himself.

(Tag – you’re it!)

  1. It’s so easy to complain and forget what you have. I am thankful to have a job that I like to go to..and that provides for me health and educational benefits.
