Tonight I made french toast with the Cinnamon-Raisin bread I made this weekend.  We also had some turkey bacon.  The french toast came out very good with just a sweetness of the raisin.   I used the new griddle that Denise gave me for Christmas (shout out Denise!) and so was able to get it done fairly quickly.  Each of the kids ate a big piece of french toast and at least two pieces of bacon. 

We are in the midst of a cold snap here (and I guess all over the US!) and I am tired of it.  Hopefully it will warm up a little soon.
