So, not sure how the weekend will turn out. Either we’ll be singing songs or I’ll be seeing words spelled backwards in mirrors (R-E-D-R-U-M) but either way, we have had the second snow storm of the season – And this one won’t be melting tomorrow!
Here is a view from my back door.
And here is a picture of the girls with hot chocholate faces!
The 3 younger were brave enough to get dressed up and go out. They lasted (on their own) 3 minutes. I timed it! I then locked the door and they stayed out about 20 minutes. Matthew was smart to be the only one who didn’t go out. His response to my question? “NO!!!! It is COLD!!!”
It’s a good thing I forgot about recycling pick-up yesterday because the fun project so far this morning was making a train out of left over boxes from selling Cub Scout popcorn. What a fun craft. now I am trying to finish making some gingerbread to build houses with.
I’m hoping we will be dug out enough for work/daycare on Monday. I have some last minute shopping to do and was hoping to have some of that day to do wrapping. The sleepover for last night was cancelled so my wrapping didn’t happen.
