Am at work.  Riley had no fever and woke up much better today.  Think his “illness” was a combination of jealousy and anxiety and overdose of meds.  He was hard to get out the door today but we talked about the little boy who cried wolf! and then I told him he could come home on the bus so…I’m off to finish up some work and then head home around 1PM.

things I am thankful for: patients who are (generally) understanding about me and my family issues and who are willing to let me cancel scheduled appointments at the last minute and are graceful about it.
