…Summer…2 more days and then school starts.  I am excited about the boys going back to more routine but there was something nice about having some flexibility to do things with them when i didn’t have a lot planned for work.  Riley also wants to come to work with me and I could justify it during the summer but well, it isn’t as easy when there is school.  I am going to try and let them get off of the school bus at home on Friday and I’ll do something with the two boys that afternoon.

…Medicine Wards…just have to get through tonight and I will be done for another year.  It has been pretty busy with patients who aren’t easily diagnosed and who have illnesses that aren’t easily treated or resolved. 

I am going to try and see the good side of things and hope that I can make it less painful.
