I am tired.  Can you stop kicking my butt.  I have been on service for 4 days and I so tired I can’t believe it.  Today we only had 1 new and 2 old pediatric patients but…what the heck happened on the adult side.  We’ve been consistently having 4-5 new consults and the same f/u.  Today we started the day with 7 and after getting 5 or 6 new ones, we were up on two pages.  I hate two pages!  My muscles hurt they are so tired and I had to leave having written my notes on only half of them so …after the kids are in bed…I have to do more…Whaaa
