Okay, I know I am older than my kids but this question really brought it home to me yesterday.
R: “mom, where is your computer from 6th grade?”
S: “what?”
R: “you know, the computer they give you in 6th grade” (Henrico gives each student in Middle school and up a computer to use)
S: “ummmmm…honey….they didn’t have computers when I was in 6th grade!…I didn’t use a computer until I was in my fellowship!”
